Gradientco · Last updated: 14 April 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gradientco website at gradientco.pro and your enrolment in any course offered by Gradientco, registered at 408 Surawong Road, Si Phraya, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in our courses. Questions about these terms can be directed to [email protected].

2. Courses and Enrolment

2.1 Course offerings

Gradientco currently offers three online pathways:

Course details, including duration, weekly time commitment, and included components, are described on the course pages of this website. We may update course content from time to time to reflect developments in the field; material structure and learning objectives will be maintained.

2.2 Eligibility

Courses are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. The Computer Vision and NLP pathways assume a working knowledge of Python and an introductory familiarity with machine learning concepts. The Mathematics pathway is suited for learners looking to build or refresh foundational knowledge and does not assume prior programming experience.

2.3 Enrolment process

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive access credentials for the course platform within two business days of confirmed payment. Enrolment in any course is personal and non-transferable.

3. Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes where required by Thai law. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of your enrolment is the price that applies to your course.

3.2 Payment methods

Accepted payment methods are listed during the checkout process. Payment is due in full before access to course materials is granted. We do not offer payment plans at this time.

3.3 Receipts

A receipt or tax invoice will be issued to the email address provided during enrolment. If you require a specific billing name or address on the invoice, please include this in your enquiry before completing payment.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Refund window

If you decide a course is not right for you, you may request a full refund within seven days of your enrolment date, provided you have accessed fewer than two weeks of course material. Refund requests submitted after this window, or where more than one week of material has been accessed, will not ordinarily be approved.

4.2 How to request a refund

Send a refund request by email to [email protected] with your enrolment details and reason. We will respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days.

4.3 Course cancellation by Gradientco

In the unlikely event that Gradientco cancels a course before you have completed it, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining portion. We will give you reasonable notice and help you find an alternative pathway where possible.

5. Course Access and Completion

5.1 Access period

Your access to course materials begins on your enrolment date and remains active for twelve months. This window is intended to give learners flexibility to work through the material at a considered pace. Access to mentor office hours is available throughout the scheduled course duration.

5.2 Self-paced structure

Courses are self-paced. There are no fixed deadlines for weekly lessons, but completing the recommended number of hours per week will help you stay on track with the course design. Mentor office hours and written project reviews operate on scheduled slots; details are provided inside the course platform.

5.3 Technical requirements

You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection to access course materials. Minimum requirements are listed on the course detail page. Gradientco is not responsible for access difficulties arising from your hardware or internet connection.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Course materials

All course materials, including recorded lessons, written notebooks, practice sets, and code examples, are the intellectual property of Gradientco. Your enrolment gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to access and use these materials for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share course materials with others.

6.2 Your work

Work you produce during a course — including project code, written submissions, and notebooks — remains yours. By submitting work for written review, you grant Gradientco a limited right to read and comment on that work for the purpose of providing feedback. We will not use your submitted work publicly without your permission.

7. Conduct

We ask all learners to conduct themselves respectfully during office hours sessions and any other interactions with Gradientco staff. We reserve the right to remove a learner from office hours or, in serious cases, to terminate access to a course without refund, if conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gradientco provides courses and materials in good faith. We do not warrant that completing a course will result in any particular outcome, employment change, or skill level. To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our courses or website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

9. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, access it by automated means in ways that place unreasonable load on our servers, or use it to distribute harmful content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website without notice if we believe its terms are being violated.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that we will process your personal data in accordance with that policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you have an active enrolment, we will notify you by email. Continued use of our website or course platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Gradientco services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
